What exactly is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant or VA is an independent contractor who can provide administrative, creative and technical support to multiple clients in a variety of industries from a remote location [Source: International Virtual Assistants Association]. The beauty of hiring a virtual assistant is you only pay for the hours you need without any of the overheads and commitment of becoming an employer.
As customers of Yellow Monday Virtual Assistance, you'll need to know what our terms and conditions are before you book. This ensures that you are completely clear about what services we provide, and what you can expect as a customer.
So how does it work?
Once you have an idea of what services you require you can either give us a call, send an email or get in touch via the contact form on our website.
We will then contact you to arrange a meeting/call so we can chat through your exact requirements. We can learn more about your company, how you like to work, what your requirements are and how we can help.
You will need to provide the relevant access details to any systems you require us to update or maintain.
Please note that payment upfront is required for the following services:

50% payment upfront is required for the following services, with the balance due on completion:

Content Creation Packages

Project Management
All other services will be billed fortnightly with payment required within 7 days:

Complete Social Media Management

PA & Admin Services – Day to Day Support (minimum of 2 hours will be charged in advance)

PA & Admin Services – Retainer Package (minimum of 10 hours per month, minimum of 4 hours will be charged in advance)

Bookkeeping (£75 new customer fee required in advance)
What about services and payment?
Please refer to the services page. This goes into detail about what exactly is included within any package offered by Yellow Monday Virtual Assistance.
We accept payment via Bank Transfer only.
And turnaround time?
Our aim is to give you the best service and complete jobs as quickly as possible. Get in touch and we can let you know how the diary is looking!
Our office hours are Monday 9.15am to 4pm, Tuesday 9.15am to 5pm, Wednesday 9.15am to 2.45pm and Thursday 9.15am to 5pm which fit around our family. We will always try our best to accommodate any urgent tasks you may have!
